We're a husband and wife team who've worked in a combination of Fashion, Digital Marketing, and IT for the last 20-ish years. Having reached our 40's and always looking for new challenges we've decided to see how far we can run with this family project, Familyhood LLC, while still working our very fulfilling day jobs. We're trying to teach our kids the importance of dreaming big and just going for it! We each devote about 20 hours a week to these projects that fall under our Familyhood LLC umbrella. We're fortunate to be working with a team of incredible app developers and coders in India, Italy and Canada to help us bring our ideas to life. Where bKindly started as scribbles on a note pad; Wooph is a more measured approach that looks to revive and remix a past project that fell a little short.
Since our kids are just 6 and 3 their contributions are limited (right now)- but we involve them in as many aspects of these projects as possible. In fact, it was our 3 year old daughter who came up with the name, Familyhood for our umbrella LLC and our 6 year old son loves playing with bKindly and can't wait for it to go live.
At the end of the day our goal here is simple; use our jobs and passions as opportunities to involve and teach our kids important life lessons about dreaming big, giving back, and loving what you do...and who knows - maybe one of these projects will grow some legs and we'll be able to create a little family legacy.
